I am showing some new drypoint prints in the cafe gallery at the Exeter Phoenix, Gandy Street from the 2nd August to the 3rd September - be sure to drop in and take a look if you are in the area.

The new work is all drypoint prints, hand tinted with watercolour and/or chine colle. They are mainly portraits drawn from found photos. Odd family groupings, pairs of twins, friends on a night out; darkly comic, melancholic, sometimes unsettling – but hopefully also tender and affectionate...
